Hi everyone!

Our indoor hockey season will get started on October 27th from 8:30-10 pm at Carling Heights Optimist Community Centre. Players of all ages and skill levels are welcome! We have extra sticks for players to borrow, just bring running shoes, shin guards and a mouth guard. The cost will be $10 per session. We have had some scheduling challenges this year, so we are waiting to confirm the dates and times of the next sessions and will announce them as soon as they are confirmed.

Hi everyone,

Our indoor field hockey season will be starting soon!!

Indoor season runs from October 2018- March 2019 at Carling Heights Optimist Community Centre at Adelaide St. and Oxford St. We usually play on Sunday evenings, but are currently waiting to confirm the time of play for this season (there was a booking conflict this year). The cost for the season is $150 for students and $200 for adults. I will be sending out more information as soon as we have our gym time confirmed, hopefully within the next week.

The Ontario Summer Games will be held in London this August 2-5, and we need volunteers to help with the field hockey games!

The outdoor field hockey season has begun and we are looking for new players to join us!

This summer, we will play on Tuesday evenings from 6-8 pm from May 1 – August 7 at City Wide Fields at 1510 Commissioners Road East, London.

We will have warm-up/drills from 6-6:30 pm, then a scrimmage from 6:30- 8 pm.

We will be entering a tournament in Kitchener on July 7, so mark that day on your calendar!
